Voice Kit

Capture, not homework.

Your voice already exists in how you talk about your work. The Voice Kit collects it in about fifteen minutes, most of it just talking, so every AI draft starts sounding like you, and nothing publishes until you say so.

About fifteen minutes

Three strands. One voice.

No questionnaire to dread, and no essay to write. Three kinds of material, pulled into one voice profile every draft starts from.

  1. Talk about your work for ten minutes

Answer a few questions from your own topics the way you would on a call, like “What do new clients usually get wrong about working with you?” Don’t prepare; just talk. Ten minutes is about 1,500 words of you, and it can be a few short recordings.

  2. Paste something you’ve written

An email, a proposal, a LinkedIn post. One is enough to start, and every piece you add makes drafts sound more like you.

  3. Pick a few words

Words you always use, like “clients” and “the first 30 days”. Words you never use, like “leverage” and “seamless”.

The review

AI drafts. You decide.

Your kit becomes a voice profile. Drafts are written from it, then come to you for review. Every piece moves through Draft, In review and Approved, and nothing goes live until you approve it, at the publish time you choose.

Approval can’t be switched off.

Your edits teach the next draft

  • Cut“seamless”: it’s on your never list
  • Sharpened“Almost every one” became “Every single one we can remember”
  • Added“We send it for every client now.”

Why it sounds like you

The difference is the source.

Generic AI writes from the average of the internet. Your drafts start from your own sentences, your words and the way you explain things on a call.

Generic AI

Effective client handoffs are essential for business success. By leveraging the right tools, organizations can ensure a seamless transition.

In your voice

Every complaint we’ve ever read started at a handoff. The partner closes the deal, then someone new sends the first invoice, and nobody told the client who that person was.

Ideas don’t wait until you’re at your desk.

With a Studio plan, the Voice Kit comes with you. Whatever you send lands as a draft in your voice, tagged from your vocabulary, and it never publishes on its own.

  • TalkA memo after a call
  • SnapA whiteboard from the workshop
  • ShareAn article you disagree with
  • NoteA line you want to remember
  • ApproveFrom your phone, or later

Privacy

Nothing uploads until you send it yourself.

The Voice Kit tool is a single file that runs in your browser. “Build my kit” packages your writing, your recording and your preferences into one zip file on your own computer. There’s no account and no server.

You choose when to send it and who to send it to. If you change your mind, delete the file.

In the Library package and up

A voice profile you keep.

Your voice profile is yours to keep: your best passages, the words you use and never use, and how you sound, written down for any writer or AI tool. With the app, it keeps learning from every edit you make.
