This site
The site describes Topicweave and shows prototypes with example data. The prototypes are illustrations: the numbers, names and quotes in them are made up, and some features shown are still being built (see the roadmap).
The free site check
The site check is an automated read of a Webflow site’s public pages. It can miss things or get something wrong, so each finding shows the quote and page it comes from; findings marked “Judgment call” are suggestions for a person to look at. It doesn’t promise rankings or mentions in AI answers. The score follows the Topicweave Standard. It describes the pages we read, not how any search engine or assistant ranks you. The report is for the person who asked for it; if you share it, please share it whole, so quotes stay in context. Don’t use the checker to overload a site or to run checks automatically.
The beta
Beta sites get an install done by hand, at a reduced price, in exchange for honest feedback. Each beta install is covered by its own written agreement (scope, price, timing, and how a pause works if either of us needs one). Beta sites keep a small “Woven by Topicweave” credit in their footer for the first year. Joining the beta list doesn’t commit either of us to anything, and not every site on it is invited. Launch pricing hasn’t been set, and beta pricing doesn’t carry over unless your agreement says so.
If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Topicweave without owing you anything for it. We won’t name you or your site without asking.
What’s yours
Your content, your vocabulary, your voice profile and everything installed on your site (collections, fields, pages, links and structured data) are yours, and stay yours if you stop. Cancelling an app plan loses the dashboard, never the site.
What’s ours
The Topicweave app, its code, this site and the Topicweave name and mark belong to us. Please don’t copy or resell them.
What we don’t promise
Nobody controls what search engines rank or what AI assistants cite, so we don’t promise rankings, traffic or citations. We report what we measure, with dates, and we show lift against pages we didn’t touch. Nothing publishes to your site without your approval.
Using the site fairly
Don’t try to break, overload or scrape the site, or use it to send anything unlawful. If you send us something through a form, make sure it’s yours to share.
Other services and links
The site runs on services from other companies (listed in our privacy notice) and links to sites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or how they work.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn’t let us limit. Paid work is governed by its own agreement, including its liability terms.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes
If these change, the new version goes here with a new date. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
