Pricing

Pricing comes at launch. The beta list is open now.

Every month we invite a few sites from the beta list: the install done by hand on your existing site, yours for good, for far less than it will cost at launch. In return, you use it and tell us honestly what works. Launch pricing is still being set.

The install
A service, done once by us. Everything it builds is yours.
The app
An optional monthly tool: reports, capture and drafts. Start or stop any time.

Optional monthly plans · the Topicweave app

Keep it growing. Or don’t.

The app is in development; these plans show where it’s headed. It reads your site and suggests changes, and writes only what you approve. Every change waits for your approval, and cancelling loses the dashboard, never the work.

Reports See what’s working

TBDset at launch

Any install package

See what’s working, in your own words.

  • Search Console, grouped by your topics
  • Link health, checked nightly
  • Search ideas: what to write next
  • A plain-language email on the 1st

Agency For studios

Custom

Five sites or more

For studios running Topicweave for their own clients.

  • Every client site in one login
  • Reports with your own brand on them
  • Read-only share links for clients
  • Team roles and approvers

Pricing is set at launch; beta sites get a much lower price. See what the app does or click through the prototype.

a month back, after the install. How it’s worked out

The questions people ask on the first call

Straight answers.

Will this get me into ChatGPT answers?

Nobody can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. No one controls what an AI assistant cites or what Google ranks.

What Topicweave does is the part that can be controlled: named ideas, the proof behind them, and pages that point to each other, on your subject and in your words. It builds over months of steady publishing, and we measure it by asking the assistants your target questions and checking Search Console, so you can see for yourself.

What does the beta involve?

A few sites at a time. Join the list with your website; every month we look at it and invite the sites that are a good fit, and the rest stay on the list for launch. We install Topicweave by hand on your site, you use it for real, and you tell us honestly what works and what doesn’t. In return, the install costs far less than it will at launch, and a small “Woven by Topicweave” credit stays in your footer for the first year. Everything it builds is yours to keep.

Is there a subscription?

Not for the install. It’s one-time, and everything it builds is yours. The monthly plans are optional and add reports, capture and drafting through the Topicweave app. You can start one any time after the install, or never.

I already track AI visibility with another tool. Do I need Topicweave?

Keep your tracker. It tells you whether assistants mention you; Topicweave builds and maintains the thing they’re looking for: named ideas, proof, and pages connected in your CMS. The two work well together.

How is this different from an SEO plugin that adds links and schema?

Many tools add links and structured data with a script that runs in the visitor’s browser, using a public keyword database. Topicweave writes real references into your CMS from a vocabulary you signed off, so the links are woven into your site, not laid on top of it, and use your words.

Do I need Webflow?

For now, yes: installs are Webflow-only, built with native CMS collections and reference fields. The model itself is platform-neutral, so the same collections and relationships map to WordPress, Sanity or Markdown files. That keeps your structure portable, and it’s how other platforms can be added later. On another platform? Join the list anyway; it tells us what to build next.

Who writes the articles?

You stay the author. With the Library package, the Voice Kit captures how you write and talk, AI drafts from it, and you review, edit and approve every piece. If you’d rather write everything yourself, the library works exactly the same way.

What happens if I stop?

Everything stays. It’s your content in your CMS, built with native collections and fields. Your topic pages, library and connections keep working. If you cancel a monthly plan, you lose the dashboard and reports, never the site. You keep your written voice profile too; it just stops learning from your edits.

Will it change my design?

No. Every component is built from your site’s own variables and class conventions, so it looks like it was always there. The only visible additions are new sections, such as “This project demonstrates” and “Related reading”, and new pages as each phase ships.

How much of my time does it take?

The vocabulary review takes about half an hour. The Voice Kit takes about fifteen minutes, most of it just talking. After that, your time goes into reviewing drafts.

Does the app ever publish on its own?

No. Drafts, tag suggestions and fixes all wait in a review queue with a before and after. Nothing goes live until you approve it: approved pieces go live at the publish time you choose, or straight away if you tap Publish now, and any change can be undone in one click.
