Be known for what you know

Your expertise, built into your site. Yours to keep.

We install it once, into your own Webflow CMS: a vocabulary in your words, every page tagged to it, and topic pages that grow every time you publish. Everything is written in your voice and approved by you, and it all stays if you stop. The optional app keeps it growing: talk an idea into your phone, then approve the draft.

What a courtyard does in a hot summer

Walk into an old adobe courtyard at three in the afternoon and the air feels different. It’s shaded, it’s still, and it’s several degrees cooler than the street. None of that is an accident.

A courtyard works as a small engine for passive cooling. At night, cool air settles into the open space, and the walls around it give up the heat they stored during the day. Heavy walls with plenty of thermal mass slow the swing between the hottest and coolest hours, so the rooms around the courtyard stay comfortable without much help from a machine.

We used the same idea on the Dry Creek Housing project, where twenty-four homes share three planted courtyards. The homes facing a courtyard need far less cooling than their neighbors on the street.

Courtyards aren’t free. They take land, and they need careful drainage for the few days a year it pours. But in a climate like ours, few design moves do as much with so little.

The problem

Most expert sites don’t connect the dots.

Clients, search engines and AI assistants all look for the same thing: named ideas, proof behind them, and pages that point to each other. A services page, a portfolio and a blog that never mention each other leave them no thread to follow.

Tracking tools can tell you you’re missing. Topicweave builds the parts they look for.

Step one

Name the ideas, in your words.

A shared vocabulary of 30 to 60 terms, drafted with you and signed off by you. Not a public keyword list: the phrases you actually use, in six categories that each answer a question someone might ask about you.

Step two

Tag once. Get real links.

Each page gets tagged with the ideas it proves: one field, filled in once. The links that follow are written into your CMS as real references, not painted on by a script that disappears if it fails to load.

1field on each page
10real links built from it

Step three

Then it connects itself.

Topic pages, “This project demonstrates” rows, related reading and structured data all build from those tags. Your portfolio becomes proof for the things you say you’re good at.

The topic clusters grow every time you publish, so nothing goes stale after launch. The map beside this is an example site: six topics, twelve pages, twenty-six links. Nobody drew those threads by hand, and they keep working even if you stop using Topicweave.

Then, see what’s working

Reports in your own words.

The optional Topicweave app reads your search data and groups it by your topics, not by URLs. Once a month you get a plain-language email: what grew, what’s missing, and three things worth doing next.

  1. Search, by topic

Google Search Console, matched to your vocabulary.

  2. A monthly AI sample, with Studio

Each month we ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity your clients’ questions and save the answers word for word. A dated sample, never a ranking.

  3. Link health

A nightly check for missing proof, untagged pieces and pages nothing links to.

After the install

Update in one entry. The site does the rest.

Write a title, tag a few topics and press Publish. The piece joins the library, the topic pages and the projects that prove the idea, all at once. No developer, and no code on your side.

Onboarding is a design problem

No time to write?

Say it instead. From anywhere.

Talk for two minutes into your phone, photograph a whiteboard, or share an article you disagree with. Topicweave drafts from it in your voice, tags it, and waits. Nothing publishes until you approve it.

Generic AI

In today’s fast-paced business landscape, a seamless onboarding experience is crucial.

In your voice

We lose more clients in the first thirty days than in the next three years.

Content leads

Installed in three phases.

A finished structure with thin content reads as empty plumbing, to visitors and to AI. So the writing ships first, and the structure grows out of it.

  1. The engine

The library and the “This project demonstrates” connections, launched with 8 to 10 strong pieces.

  2. Topic pages

One page per idea you want to be known for, each shipped only when there’s writing and work behind it.

  3. The hub

The map of everything you know. It needs a real body of connected work, so it comes last.

Yours to keep

Built into your CMS. Yours if you stop.

Topicweave is a content model, not a plugin: native collections and reference fields in your own CMS. Installs are on Webflow for now, and the same shape maps to WordPress, Sanity or Markdown, so your structure isn’t tied to us or to one platform. If you stop, everything stays.

With the app, while you get on with your day

It works while you don’t.

6:00 am

  1. 6:00 am

Yesterday’s search data arrives, grouped by your topics, not by URL.

  2. Noon

A draft in your voice is waiting for your approval.

  3. 6:00 pm

Two pages nothing links to were found, with a fix ready for you to confirm.

  4. 2:00 am

The nightly check runs while you sleep.

Start here

Install once. Add the app when you want it.

The install is a service: we do it by hand, once, and everything it builds is yours. The app is an optional monthly tool that keeps it growing. In beta, every month we invite a few sites from the list, for far less than the launch price, in exchange for honest feedback. It starts with a 30-minute call where we sketch your first ten terms.

  1. FoundationAbout 3 weeks

Connect the work and services already on your site.

  2. LibraryAbout 6 weeks

The engine: your thinking, written down and connected.

  3. Full SystemAbout 4 months

All three phases, installed as the library earns them.
